Dr. Victoria Fleming has owned and operated her own behavioral health private practice since 2003. Like many private practice owners, she spent years managing her own billing and insurance relationships. As her practice grew and the billing became more complex, she determined that her practice would be more profitable if it outsourced the billing and she focused her time back on her clients.

Several unsuccesful partnerships later, Dr. Fleming determined that billing partners in the market primarily for behavioral health private practice were scarce.

Dr. Fleming then teamed up with her brother Greg and her son Steve to form Appletree Billing & Credentialing so that it could be the insurance partner that private practices around the country were looking for.

Dr. Fleming's practice ownership experience, along with Greg's 30+ years of succesful business management and Steve's 10+ years working in the insurance industry is what gives Appletree a unique perspective in the billing marketplace.
