In order to be eligible for our Core Billing Service, a practice needs to be generating more than $7,500 a month in insurance revenue (this can include client share: deductible, co-insurance, and copay). This product comes with a $450 monthly minimum.
10% discount of full course price for all of our NBCC accredited continuing education course offerings.
This is an add-on to our billing services. We do not currently offer a standalone front-end reception/scheduling product.
We create a local number for our clients that is unique to them. Our clients' new and existing patients can use this number to contact us directly with billing/scheduling questions. With this service, we will also contact patients directly if information is needed from them to resolve claim rejection issues.
This is a service that is available during core business hours, not 24/7. It is not an emergency line. For any calls received after hours, we are able to call back the next business day.
This is an add-on to our billing services. We do not currently offer a standalone front-end client share charging product.
We will be responsible for charging client cards within the EMR system. We do not collect any client card data.
We will charge client deductibles, co-insurance and copays at the time the insurance payments are posted. We will contact clients if there are any issues with the method of payment on file.
