Caresource Portal

The Caresource Portal is where providers can view all Caresource Claim data, remittance history and confirm member eligibility.

Only one Portal is allowed per Tax ID, so Appletree will need to be linked through the office administrators access. Please see linking instructions below and contact your Account Manager with any additional questions.

How to Link Appletree

  • Only one Account per Tax ID is allowed

  • The Office Administrator will need to add a New User
  • Please create a user with these credentials:

    First Name: Appletree

    Last Name: Billing
