Instructions to Link Appletree:
1) Create your own account with Evernorth. Start this process by clicking on the Portal Link below.
2) Select Register and follow the prompts. You will need your Tax ID and NPI ready.
* If you are a group and have both a Type I and Type II NPI, you will need to register with the NPI that is on your Cigna/Evernorth Contract. If you are unsure of who is on this contract, please contact our Credentialing Team.
3) Email your Appletree primary point of contact and advise that the account is created.
4) Appletree will send a request to your account from within the portal.
To see our request:
* Hover over your name in the top right corner
* Select Settings & Preferences
* Select Online Access on the left side
* Our request will be pending your approval
