A representative at Appletree will provide the Appletree username for you to link

Log into your Availity Account

In the top right corner, select your Account Icon and choose 'Add User' from the dropdown menu

Enter the username that was provided to you by your Appletree contact as the USER ID and then check the small box immediately underneath it that says 'this is an existing user ID.

After you select Next at the bottom, you should see a page that confirms the information, select YES
Step 6
Check the small white box on the top dark gray bar. This will enable all of the administrative roles in the top section that give us access to the claim/payment data that we need.
Step 7
Scroll down to the bottom and you will see a small section for Clinical Roles, this section can then be un-checked
Step 8
Click Next to get to the Review and Submit Option

Confirm the information in the submission and then click Submit at the bottom.
