This portal can be used to access claim data, remittance history and eligibility for a variety of payers nationwide.

Every Navinet account can only access one Tax ID number. This means that in order for Appletree to support your payers through Navinet, we will need for you to create an Appletree user from within your account.

Linking Appletree to Your Account

  • Step 1)

    From your Home Page, select Administration

  • Step 2)

    Choose 'Create New User'

  • Step 3)

    Enter the following Details:

    First Name: Appletree

    Last Name: Billing

    Phone: 860.580.6694

    Email: clientsupport@appletreebilling.com

  • Step 4)

    Confirm the Account Creation

  • Step 5)

    The final step is to email Appletree the login credentials. Please include the username and password that Navinet auto-generated for you
