Evernorth is the Behavioral Health arm of Cigna. If you are in network with Cigna, you are in network with Evernorth.

Portal - Cigna4hcp is the provider portal that is used for claim submission, viewing EOB's and checking eligibility.

If you are only offering Behavioral Health services, you will have an evernorth4hcp portal that functions in the same way. The two websites are linked and you will automatically be routed to the correct destination as long as your specialty is properly identified.
